Do credits roll over?
No — credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. They are sized so most sellers use them all. If you need more, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you support all Amazon marketplaces?
Free plan users are restricted to the US marketplace. Paid plans unlock all 20 supported marketplaces including UK, DE, JP, CA, AU, and more.
What is a deep search?
Some analyses require a wider competitor scan to generate a reliable Attack Plan. Deep search costs 3 extra credits and gives you a richer, more competitive dataset. You are always asked to confirm before credits are spent.
Is there a refund policy?
Subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have consumed fewer than 5 credits. See our Terms of Service for full details.
